Built for Commercial and Residential Projects

Countertop Queen is a full-service fabrication shop based in Miami, cutting both custom millwork and stone in-house. We serve residential remodels, commercial interiors, and ground-up developments nationwide. Whether you’re outfitting a single kitchen or hundreds of units, we build from your drawings and deliver it cut to fit.

Why ContractorsTrust Countertop Queen

We built our Miami facility to meet real contractor demands, including cut quality, short lead times, and no loose ends. Our nine in-house CNC machines and full fabrication crew handle both scopes with precision. We’re committed to delivering what you expect, when you expect it.

The Difference Between Us and Other Shops

All In-House, No Outsourcing

Every cabinet panel and stone slab is cut by our team, inside our Miami facility. We don’t subcontract fabrication. That means tighter control over timelines, consistent cuts, and fewer surprises when it’s time to install. When you call, you’re talking to someone who knows exactly where your parts are because they’re right here, not across town.

The Only Fabrication Shop in Florida Offering Both Millwork and Stone

Most shops focus on either millwork or stone. We built our floor to do both at once. That means your kitchen, closet, countertop, and vanity can be fabricated by the same crew, in the same place, on the same schedule. Fewer moving parts. Fewer delays. More projects that finish clean.

Full-Service: From Design to Installation

We start with your plans or CAD files and walk through every detail before we cut. Whether you need preconstruction support, fabrication only, or help coordinating install, we’ve got a crew and a workflow built for it. We coordinate delivery and installation so your scopes stay on track and your install crew isn’t left waiting.

Powered by Industry-Leading Machinery

GMM 480 Five-Axis CNC Stone Machine

This Italian CNC reads custom CAD files and transforms quartz, granite, solid surface, and porcelain into finished components with millimeter precision. It’s built for 3D sculpting, wall panels, detailed engraving, and high-precision countertop cutting.

CNC Stone Cutting and Polishing Machines

Our two Coach machines handle heavy-duty slab cutting for long countertop runs and outdoor stone features. A dedicated edge polisher finishes each slab with a smooth surface and consistent edge detail for high-end installs.

Denver CNC Router (Stone)

This precision router creates sink cutouts, drain grooves, and custom edge work in one setup. It also polishes as it cuts, so parts arrive with finished edges and perfect fit.

Articulating Jib Cranes

Three AJ360 cranes rotate 360° and lift heavy slabs and panels across the shop. These free-standing lifts reduce risk, prevent breakage, and allow operators to position stone precisely under any machine.

CNC Woodworking Machines

Our high-speed CNC routers cut cabinet parts and millwork panels with repeatable precision. These machines allow for creative flexibility, exact joinery, and efficient use of materials with minimal waste.

Panel Saw and Edge Banders

We use a Biesse panel saw for fast, accurate board sizing. After cutting, two Holzher edge banders apply a clean finish in laminate or real wood veneer, producing cabinet parts that meet furniture-quality standards.

Kaeser Compressors

Two 25-horsepower rotary screw compressors keep every pneumatic clamp, polisher, and actuator running. That means zero production gaps and consistent airflow for tools that need it every second they’re on.

Coch Stone Cutting and Polishing Machines

Our Coch slab saw handles high-speed cutting for stone countertops and outdoor applications. A straight-edge polisher delivers refined, glossy finishes that are clean and consistent across every project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is custom fabrication in construction?

Custom fabrication is the process of turning construction drawings into real parts like cabinetry, countertops, and casework. It’s how your vision becomes a finished product that fits the build without extra adjustments.

What is commercial millwork and how is it different from carpentry?

Commercial millwork is built in a fabrication facility using machines and exact plans. It offers better control and cleaner results than on-site carpentry. Customers choose millwork when they want consistent quality across every project.

How much does countertop fabrication cost?

It depends on the material, edge detail, and complexity of the layout. Our in-house setup removes extra handoffs and keeps timelines clear. This improves satisfaction and reduces last-minute changes.

What types of projects do you take on?

We fabricate for residential remodels, commercial interiors, hospitality spaces, and corporate offices.
